


At William & Victoria, we're always looking for new inspiration to keep our menus fresh, seasonal, and exciting. Recently, our team had the pleasure of visiting #Method at @sykeshousefarm, our trusted meat supplier for over 25 years.
Sykes House Farm has long been at the heart of our commitment to quality. This visit gave us a fascinating behind-the-scenes look at their operations and a chance to deepen our understanding of the craftsmanship behind every cut of meat we serve.
We were treated to an expert butchery demonstration – a masterclass in precision and knowledge – and enjoyed a delicious lunch showcasing a range of innovative and flavoursome dishes cooked by the talented Greg. It was a real celebration of quality produce and culinary creativity.
The experience left us buzzing with ideas, especially the opportunity to explore new and underused cuts. One standout was Lamb Gigot served with Chimichurri and Hasselback Potatoes – full of bold flavours and perfect for the summer season.
We’re excited to bring some of this inspiration back to the kitchen, so keep an eye on our summer menu and specials board for some delicious new additions.
