The Viu Manent Wine Dinner – 3rd FebruaryJanuary 28th, 2014
On Monday 3rd February we are hosting an exclusive “Viu Manent Wine Dinner” with Cristian Urzua Teare from Viu Manent Winery (Chile) and Alex Bussey from Bon Coeur Fine Wines (Masham, North Yorkshire).
The evening will begin at 7.30pm for 8pm at William & Victoria Restaurant and includes a tutored tasting of six to seven wines paired with a three course dinner in a relaxed and informal environment.

Cristian Urzua Teare – Export Manager Europe
“Cristián is an agronomist and winemaker. He worked as a viticulturist and oenologist for 6 years, until, with his family, he decided to start a new adventure in Australia. In Adelaide he graduated as a Master in Wine and worked in two “Cellar doors” organising tastings and lecturers for consumers. This experience convinced him to make a change in his career and turn to marketing and sales, where he hopes to be a bridge the gap between winemakers and ordinary wine drinkers.”
