In 1992 David came to work for his brother Robin and has remained a consistent contact for customers ever since, often remembering a favourite drink or preferred table, he is a friendly face always there to greet customers from his regular post behind the bar. In 2004 he bought the business with his wife Johanna.

It seems very appropriate that after renting the premises on Cold Bath Road for over 30 years, David and Jo have been successful in buying the building and have secured it as the home of ‘William & Victoria’ for many years to come.

David said; “We are overwhelmed by the positive response to us buying the building. Without the support of our customers none of this would be possible, so we are very grateful for their continued custom.”
