William & Victoria was the first wine bar to open in Harrogate. Over 35 years later it is still one of the most popular places to eat and drink.
The wine bar, with a fine stocked cellar of over 150 wines, serves a range of traditional British dishes in a friendly and relaxed environment.
The William & Victoria wine bar is famous for its generous portions of good hearty food and attentive service from owner and front of house, David Straker and his staff.
Favourite dishes include the slow roast lamb Henry, roasted pork with apple sauce and the crispiest crackling in Yorkshire or the fresh Scottish halibut and hollandaise sauce. All the dishes use fresh ingredients sourced from local suppliers.
In addition to the full wine bar menu, an excellent value £10 two course lunch menu is available from Monday to Saturday.
Traditional Sunday lunch is served in the wine bar every Sunday from 12 noon, with last orders for food taken at 5pm.
