Located in the heart of Harrogate, William & Victoria ‘upstairs’ has two private dining rooms which can be used individually or together for larger parties of up to 50 guests. Both are ideal for family celebrations, small wedding receptions, business lunches and corporate entertaining.

The Montpellier Room

The ‘Montpellier’ room can seat up to 24 guests. The room is fitted with an unobtrusive audio visual screen which is perfect for business meetings or slide shows for a special occasion.

Several layout options are available:

• Private dining for up to 24 guests on two long tables
• 14 guests on one long table
• One large square boardroom style table for 12
• U-shaped for 12
• Theatre style for up to 18
  
  * Minimum of 12 adults for private dining on a Friday or Saturday evening or a supplement charge for the room may apply.
  ** For Sunday Lunch private parties we offer a 3 course set menu based on our Sunday Lunch Menu for £35 – please ask for details.

The Harrogate Room

Positioned next to the bar, the Harrogate Room with tall ceiling and chandeliers is a great space for celebrating special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries and for more intimate wedding receptions.

• 4-5 tables of 4-6 guests per table plus a rectangle table for 6-8

The whole upstairs restaurant is available exclusively for up to 50 guests.
(N.B. Weekend evenings may incur an exclusivity hire charge if optimum numbers are not reached.)
